GREAT BENEFIT CONCERT.
The Grand Opera House entertainment, which will be held to-morrow night, continues to attract attention and interest is growing daily. A splendid programme has been arranged and patrons are assured of a great night. It is rarely a visitor gives his time as Mr Harry Dawson is doing to the organisation of such a function to benefit a city to which he does not belong, and the public are asked to support this concert The small sum of Is will admit to any'part of the house; children half-price. Fifty per cent, of the gross proceeds have been promised the Mayor’s Relief Fund, and the balance will B° t. lie Salvation Army Christmas Cheer (Ensign Thornes Fund). His Worship the Mayor will preside.
