WOMAN SCHOLAR.
SUCCESS AT OXFORD. LONDON, Dec. 14. Miss Barbara Flower, aged 20 years, an undergraduate of Saint Margaret’s, won tho Craven scholarship, the most coveted classical award at Oxford. This is the first time a woman lias been the victor. Miss Flower, who speaks French, German and Celtic in addition to Latin and Greek, is a daughter of Dr. Flower, deputy-keeper of manuscripts in tlie British Museum.
