GERMANY’S RETURN.
DISARMAMENT CONFERENCE. GENEVA, Dec. 14. Mr Arthur Henderson at a meeting of . the Bureau of the Disarmament Conference reported Germany’s agreement to return to the discussions on January 31. Mr Norman Davis (United States), when departing for Paris, said the five-Power talk prepared the way for real progress. He will sail for New York on Thursday.
