SUBSTANTIAL LOSSES. NEW SOUTH WALES FIGURES. Received December 15, 10.5 a.m. SYDNEY, Dec. 15. The total losses shown on State business and industrial enterprise during the year ended June 30 amounted to £6,445,730. The railway accounts showed a deficiency of £4,564,605. CHIEF RAILWAY COMMISSIONER. RESIGN ATIoiTFORW ARDED. Received December 15, 10.5 a.m. SYDNEY, Dec. 15. The Chief-Railway Commissioner, Mr Cleary, has forwarded his resignation to the Premier. It is understood that the resignation is actuated by private reasons and is not because of differences with the Ministry.
