BILL FOR AIODIFICATION. Received December 6. 12.50 p.m. WASHINGTON. Dee. 5. A Bill to modify the A'olstead Act to permit the sale ot naturally fermented wines was introduced on Monday by Representative Clarence Lea, a Democrat, of California.
