Smith (Air Abraham) £3 14s 3d forthwith, in default three days’ imprisonment. DEFENDED CASE. IJay Miller (Air T. Rodgers) proceeded against J. G. Rutherford (Air Gordon) claiming £S for wages allegedly due. The case was defended and after hearing evidence the Alagistrate gave judgment for plaintitf for £1 and 10s costs.
