SUPREME COURT.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Dec. 5. Tiie hearing began to-day in the Supreme Court before Mr Justice MacGregor of a claim bv W. D. Lysnar for £50,919 from the National Bank of New Zealand and flic bank’s counter claim for £71.990, arising out of mortgage operations concerning plaintiff’s sheep station at Arowhana, Gisborne. Mr Lysnar is conducting his own case.
