FEDERAL CABINET.
VACANCIES FILLED. CANBERRA, Oct. 13. Negotiations for admission of representatives of the Country Party as members of the Federal Ministry have failed. The Prime Minister, Mr J. A. Lyons, therefore announced toi-night the following changes in the Ministry: Postmaster-General, Mr Archdale Parkhill. Minister of Commerce, Mr F. H. Stewart. Minister of the Interior, Mr J. Perkins. Assistant Minister, Mr J. A. Guy. Mr Parkhill was the former Minister of the Interior and Mr Perkins was Assistant Minister of Commerce.
