PICKETING IN BOMBAY.
BECOMES INTOLERABLE. CALCUTTA, Oct. 12. Congress picketing of the Bombay cotton market has become so intolerable, compelling a practical closure of the market, that Indian brokers are sending a deputation to Mr Gandhi at Yeravada gaol to ask him to restrain his Congress followers.
