DEMAND FOR WOOL IN LONDON. PRICES WELL MAINTAINED. TENDENCY IN SELLERS’ FAVOUR, (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received October 12, 11.15 a.m. LONDON, Oct. 11. At the wool sales 9034 bales were offered, including 2335 from New Zealand, and about .7145 were sold. Tho offerings included a good selection of greasy Merinos. There was a brisk sale at full late rates, the tendency being in sellers’ favour. New Zealand realisations: Halfbred lamb slipe, Kaiapoi, top price 12id> average 10Jd• halfbred, Bladbrook, top price average lljd. . ,
