REIGN OF TERROR.
SCENES IN CHINESE PROVINCE,
Received October 11, 8.45 a.m. PEKIN, Oct. 10. East Shantung, where the rival Generals Hanfuchu and Lieuclionnlen are struggling for control, is subjected to a reign of terror, according to despatches from Cliefoo, whither thousands of refugees are flocking. Numerous villages in tho hinterland have been sacked and burned by the soldiery on both sides.
