GANDHI IN PRISON.
AGITATION FOR RELEASE. DELHI, Oct. 10. It is learned on good authority that Gandhi will not be released from prison to participate in the negotiations to reach a Hindu-Moslem agreement, though facilities may be given him to see selected leaders. There has been considerable agitation to secure Gandhi’s releaso for this purpose, but the Government is resolved that there can be no question of releasing any Congress leaders till Congress calls 'off the civil disobedience campaign.
