NEW ITALIAN LINER.
DEPARTURE FOR NEW YORK. ROME, Sept. 28. The new super-liner Rex, of 51,000 tons, has sailed from Genoa on her maiden voyage to New York. It is expected that she will establish a speed record, as she averaged nearly 29 knots on her trials. LARGE FRENCH VESSEL. ~PARIS, Sept. 28.
