(From Our Own Correspondent.) SANDON, Sept. 28. The weekly practice shoot was held on Monday night. The attendance was fair and the standard of shooting good. Detailed scores were as follow: —E. Lumsden 69 —70 —139; Keith Lumsden, 70—69 —139; Ken Lumsden, 70 —69 —139; F. Tostevin, 68—70—138; F. Lumsden, 69—68—137; I. Edwards, 67 —70 —137; P. M. Gedyo, 66—70 —136; K. Pearce, 67—68—135; It. Dymond 67—68—135; A. K. Drew, 67—67—134; Percy Gedye, 66 —68 —134; C. Mullin, 66 67—133; R. Lumsden, 63—68—131; J. Davey, 63 —63—126; L. Andrew, 53—60 113; O. Oppott, 52 —54 —106. The Sandon Club was represented at the association’s shoot at Awahuri on Friday night. They were not able to retain the Nobel Cup, which was won by them last year. Ken Lumsden tied -with H. Hill (Ohakea) and T. Prichard (Bulls) for the aggregate. The shoot off will bo fired at an early date.
