FEDERAL CABINET.
MINISTER EXPECTED TO RESIGN CANBERRA, Sept. 27. It is expected that Mr J. E. Fenton, Postmaster-General, will resign from the Federal Cabinet owing to a difference of opinion with his colleagues on tariff policy.
