(United Presa Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). Deceived September 28, 2.0 p.m. LONDON, Sept. 27. Unemployed rioted and stoned the police outside the Stratford Town Hail while the West Ham Council was receiving a deputation protesting against cuts in Poor Law relief. Four policemen were hit. Nine arrests were made. The council told the deputation that it could not restore the cuts, but promised that all reported cases of hardship would be specially considered.
