NOTICE OF MEETING. Notice is hereby given tlint the Fourth Annual General Sleeting of Members of the N.I.M.U. Mutual Insurance Company will bo held at the Chamber of Commerce, "Dominion" Buildings, Mercer Street, Wellington, on the 28th September, 1932, at 8 p.m. BUSINESS. 1. To receive and consider the Directors' report, the annual statement of accounts and the balance-sheet. 2. To consider motion by Mr B. Jj. Donne: "That the number of Directors of this Company be reduced from seven to six." 3. To elect Directors.
