ATTITUDE OF LIBERALS.

RUGBY, Sept. 15. Considerable discussion is taking place regarding the possible attitude of the Liberals in tho Government towards tho Ottawa agreements, and the newspapers stato that this matter was considered at a private meeting between some of tho Liberal leaders yesterday and others aro in prospect within the next few days.

Received September 16, 10.40 a.m. LONDON, Sept. 15. Following negotiations between tho British and Dominion Governments, tho probable date of the release of the unpublished Ottawa schedules will be October 13.
