MANY HOURS OVERDUE.
AMERICAN MONOPLANE
Received September 10, 12.10 p.m. LONDON, Sept. 15. The American Nurse, in which a flight was being made from the United States to Europe is 23 hours overdue. It is estimated that the petrol was exhausted at midniglrt on Wednesday. Grave fears are entertained for the safety of tho monoplane, which was last reliably reported 400 miles southwest of Ireland.
