SALE OF SOVIET OIL.
LONDON, Sept. 13. The Manchester Guardian’s Moscow correspondent says that the Soviet oil export organisation has concluded an agreement with French importers stipulating for the sale of over 2,000,000 tons of Soviet oil in the next five years.
