PRINCE’S HANDSOME DONATION
Received August 24 8.5 a.m. TOKIO, Aug. 23. Prince Takamatsu has donated 500,000 yen for tbo relief of distress. A special session of tho Diet lias been opened by the Emperor to consider relief measures.
