GREYMOUTH, Aug. 24. Robert Duggan, a single man, formerly second clerk in tho Greymouth Magistrate’s Court, was remanded this” morning on a charge of tho theft of moneys, tho propertv of the Justice Department. The polico stated that full restitution had been made.
