Continuing their match against Northumberland, India carried their first innings total to 101 (Allen 5 for 32). Northumberland in then- first innings made 143 and India in their second lost eight wickets for 138 and declared. Northumberland batted again and scored 45 for two wickets. Tho match was drawn.
