MOTORIST CHARGED.
Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, June 27. George Washington Little, aged 31, n civil servant, was to-day remanded on bail to appear on July 11 on charges of being intoxicated while in charge of a car and of negligently driving a car and causing the death of John McIntyre. aged 55, a labourer, on Saturday night. The Magistrate made it a condition of bail that accused should not drive a car.
