IT is hereby notified that under the provisions of the Regulations an election will be held for the purpose of electing two Producers’ Representatives on tho New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board in accordance with tho following procedure: An Electoral Committee of twenty-five delegates shall meet in Wellington on the 31st August, 1932, to consider tho Board’s Annual Report and Balance-sheet and to elect the two Producers’ Representatives on the Board. For tho purpose of the election of tho said twenty-five Delegates tho Board has divided New Zealand into ten Electoral Districts and THREE Delegates are to bo elected for the West .Coast Electoral District (being the West Coast Sheep District, excluding Counties of Horowhenua, Hutt and Mokara). NOMINATION OF DELEGATES TO THE ELECTORAL COMMITTEE. No candidate for election to the Board all be eligible for nomination as a Delete to the Electoral Committee. No pern shall bo eligible for election as a slegate unless he has been nominated by sheepfarmer owning not less than one rndred sheep, and his nomination has en seconded by another such sheeprmer, and he has accepted nomination writing. No person may accept nominion as a Delegate for more thaui one ectoral District.
