MAKERUA DRAINAGE BOARD. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO MAKE AND LEVY GENERAL RATES RE YEAR 1932-1033. "YfOTICE is hereby given that it is the TN intention of the Makerna Drainage Board at a meeting to be held on the 14th day of July, 1932, to make a GENERAL RATE under the provisions of the “Rating Act, 1925,” and the “Land Drainage Act, 1908,” and respective amendments on a graduated scale on the rateablo value of all properties in tho Board’s District (except on lands classified as D) as follows: — On lands classified A, of Id and 27-50ths of a penny in the £. On lands classified B, of Id and 31200ths of a penny in the £. On lands classified C, of 77-100ths of a penny in tho £. For the period commencing on the first day of April, 1932, and ending on tho 81st day of March, 1933. Such rates to be payable in one sum on the loth day of July, 1932, at tho office of tho Board, Kangitikei Street, Palmerston North. The Valuation Roll and Rate Book are open for inspection, without fee, at tho office of the Board on each week day, except on Saturday, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., and on Saturday between the hours of 10 a.m. j and 12 noon.
