LORD KYLSANT TO BE RELEASED (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received June 25, 1.50 p.m. LONDON, June 25. Tlie Daily Express states that Lord Kylsant’s release from prison is imminent. He has ga.ined tho full remission for good conduct. Lord Kylsant will stay quietly at his home in South Wales and then take a long sea voyage.
Lord Kylsant was sentenced to a term in the second division following a charge of circulating a prospectus in a material particular with intent to induce persons to invest money in tho Royal Mail Steam Packet Company.
