CAR OWNER FINED.
SHARING OF EXPENSES. Per Press Association. NAPIER, May 19. Mr Miller, S.M., to-day held that it was illegal for car owners to carry passengers who agreed to “sh/i,re expenses.” A fine of £1 and costs 10s was inflicted on an offender in this connection.
