OPTIMISTS’ CLUB.
Optimist J. C. AA'ood presided over a large attendance of members at the weekly luncheon of the Optimists’ Club yesterday. The padro of the club, Rev. C. S. Matthews, gave a short address, his subject being: “'lire Depression is a Challenge, not a Calamity.” At the conclusion Optimist AA r ood moved a hearty vote of thanks, which was carried by acclamation.
