GENERAL ELECTION OF COUNCILLORS. - T HEREBY give notice that the folX lowing persons have been nominated as candidates for the office of Councillor:— TAONUI RIDING—COLLIS, David MILDON, Percy George PROUSE, David VOSS, Max William MANGAONE RIDING—ANDERSON, Charles MERCER, Reginald Arthur SHANNON, William George THOMAS, Walter Ernest FITZHERBERT RIDING—BATCHELAR, Josiah HOPCROFT, William Robert MOODY, Matthew Archibald As the number of candidates for the Taonui and Mangaono Ridings exceed the number of vacancies a Poll will be taken on WEDNESDAY, the 11th day of May, 1932, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. for the election of three Councillors for the Taonui Riding and three Councillors for the Mangaone Riding.
