On Saturday evening tho Loyal Manawatu Lodge will hold a special meeting to receive a fraternal visit from over thirty members of the Wellington Lodges. Tho visit has been arranged by Bro. R. K. Couper, secretary of tho Past Grand Lodge in Wellington. Grand Master Bro. H. S. M. Quigley and Grand Secretary Bro. A. G. Shrimpton (Now Zealand branch) will also pay the lodge a visit. It is expected that the attendance will exceed the previous record (155). Representatives will be present from the Wellington, Hawke’s Bay, Taranaki and Wanganui Districts. A special orchestra has been en g&ged, and excellent talent will supply a number of items. The evening’s entertainment will include dancing. The lodge will meet at 7 p.m., and adjourn at 8.30 p.m., when w T ives are invited to bo present. Tho visitors will arrive at 6 p.m., and leave on their return on Sunday afternoon.
