OHAKEA SCHOOL.
Tho annual meeting of householders at Ohakea was presided over by Mr Roy Anderson. There was a good attendance. The chairman’s report and tho balancesheet, which showed tho finances to bo in a satisfactory condition, were adopted. Votes of thanks wero accorded Mr P. Outts for auditing tho accounts, and tho school staff. Tho following wore elected a committeo : Messrs F. Bailey (chairman), D. Murray (secretary), A, Hartley, K. It. Masters and H. Ellery. There wero eleven nominations. Messrs R. Anderson and T. Tremaine did not seek re-election and were accorded a hearty vote of thanks for their services on tho committee for tho last ten years. Tho annual report stated that tho school had had a very successful year, and that the grounds and buddings jyere in excellent order.
