ELECTION PETITION.
CASE ADJOURNED TO WELLINGTON.

MARTON, April 20. The case for respondent in the election petition was concluded this morning. After legal argument the Bench ordered a scrutiny of the votes and the case was accordingly adjourned to AVellington, where judgment will be given in due course.
