WELLINGTON CASE.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 20. Refusal on the part of W. B. Lauchlan to pay certain debts contracted by his son when he was under 21 and a subsequent report made by him to the police, resulted in George Nelson Shore, a tobacconist, of Hataitai, being charged to-day with carrying, on business as a bookmaker. The Magistrate reserved his decision.
