For causing the deaths of three persons, including a police officer, last year, seven youths at Patna, in the Bihar and Orissa province, were awarded varying sentences. One was sentenced to death, five to transportation for life, and one to seven years’ imprisonment. During the trial there were remarkable exposures of the Indian terrorist organisation now known as the Hindusthan Socialist Republican Army. FRONTIER PROVINCE.
