Aji unusual sequel to a judgment suhniions case occurred in the Harilil-’ ton Magistrate’s Cburt, when a man who a week previously was ordered to produce a statement showing his assets and liabilities, failed to appear. He was fined £5 for contempt of Court, in default 14 days’ imprisonment.
