COALITION PARTY CAUCUS. Per Press Association. ' WELLINGTON, April 19. A Caucus of the Coalition Party was held this morning. The Prime Minister did not attend. lit. Hon. J. G. Coates stated that tho meeting was held to discuss tho special emergency legislation which is being introduced in the House tonight to make provision for dealing with any civil disturbances that might occur. Tho Caucus also discussed the more difficult portions of the National Expenditure Adjustment Bill. Mr Coates said that a spirit of harmony prevailed.
