A length, one and a-half lengths. Time, 1.2 2-5. Tho order of favouritism in some oases was not telegraphed. NGINGCFNGINGO CASE. OWNER’S APPEAL DISMISSED. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, April 6. In the Ngingongingo case, Mr Justice Adams dismissed the appeal of the owner, Mr R. N. P. Morten, against the decision of the Trotting Conference appeal judges in disqualifying the horse for one year. He held that substantial justice had been done.
