LONDON BANKS’ ATTITUDE. Received March 22, 9.45 a.m. LONDON, March 21. Australian banks in London which for many years past have refused to handle Australian notes are now buying them at 15s 9d, but there are few for sale. , Australian Government stocks have again hardened.
