PLANS FOR PHAR LAP.

NOMINATED FOR RACE ON SUNDAY. - Received March 22, 12.55 p.m. AGUA CALIENTE, March 21. Woodcock, the trainer, revealed today that Phar Lap had a bruised leg, but the bruise was not serious. However, it might make the leg sore for a day or two. Phar Lap has been nominated by Mr D. J. Davis for the Agua Caliente Consolation Cup race, a sweepstake with 2500 dollars added, the mile and a-lialf feature on Sunday, which closes the track’s winter season.
