THE COMING SESSION.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Feb. 20. The Prime Minister, Mr Forbes, stated to-day that the coming session should be completed by the end of March. The work would not be allowed to drag on. The Government, . he said, were not going to submit to anything in the form of determined opposition. The hours of sitting would be prolonged, but not until the second week of the Address-in-Reply commencing on Thursday. One of the first things to be done would be ratification of the Canadian trade treaty.
