Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Feb. 19. Shortly after the Federal liner Westmoreland ■ cleared the heads ; £ or New Plymouth at four o’clock this afternoon, trouble was experienced with the starboard turbines, and the Union Company’s tug Terawhiti proceeded to the heads and-accompanied the Westmoreland back to the wharf, which was reached at seven o’clock tonight.
