VESSEL DELAYED.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Feb. 19. Shortly after the Federal liner Westmoreland ■ cleared the heads ; £ or New Plymouth at four o’clock this afternoon, trouble was experienced with the starboard turbines, and the Union Company’s tug Terawhiti proceeded to the heads and-accompanied the Westmoreland back to the wharf, which was reached at seven o’clock tonight. V.lt is thought that the turbine is stripped. Repairs will be effected here, and,. it is hoped, will be completed by Monday..,
