BULLION BUYERS.
POSITION IN LONDON. Received February 19, 1.15 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 18. Bullion buyers in London -are finding it difficult to deal with the crowds of sellers. Besides heavy purchases by legitimate gold buyers, many crooks are being attracted to the business. The latter were offering fantastic prices lor gold, and then evading payment.
