Received December 7, 9.30 a.m. PARIS, Dec. 6. After a lengthy session the Chamber of Deputies' passed the National Development Bill, under which £30,000,000 will he spent on public works, plus are finding, to absorb the unemnloyed, or which 124,587 are registered. - There are also 500,000 unregistered parttime workers.
