SWEEPSTAKE CLAIM.
JUDGMENT FOR SCALA. Received December 5. 9.20 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 4. Mr Justice Meredith, at Dublin, gave judgment for Emilo Scala, the Italian, who won the first prize in the Irish sweep last March in the case in which Matteo Constantino and Antonio Epicello claimed a share of the prize. The suit commenced last April.
