England will spend £58,705 during the next 12 months on the repairing and maintaining of 2500 prehistoric “camps,” abbeys, castles, and other historical buildings throughout the country. Alimony of £4O a month granted to Mrs Grace Heggar Lewis, former wife of Mr Sinclair Lewis, the novelist, has been increased to £l6O by a Reno court following the award of the Nobel Prize for Literature to Mr Lewis.
