CANADIAN RAILWAYS.
EMPLOYEES’ RATES OF PAY. BOARD OF CONCILIATION’S REPORT. Received December 3, 11.25 a.m. OTTAWA, Dec. 2. The majority report of tho Board of Conciliation recommends a ten per cent, reduction in the basic rates of pay of conductors, engineers, firemen and hostlers, trainmen and yardmen, telegraph staff, assistant agents and linesmen of the Canadian railways. The minority report by the men’s representative" disapproves of a wage reduction.
