LATE SHAH OF PERSIA.
DISPOSITION OF ESTATE. BEQUESTS TO EIGHT WIVES. Soltan Ahmed Kadjar, the late Slxah of Persia, who died in France in 1930, left property in England valued at £120,792. The will reads: “After my decease my body he washed at the Mussellman Mosque in Paris after the fashion prescribed in my religion, Islamique Sohyite, and immediately transported to Kerbela, in Mesopotamia, and inhumed beside my father, His Majesty Mohamed Ali Schali Kadjar.” Deceased gave all real estate in Persia, one-half of his jewels and onesixth of all securities to his mother, Queen Malekeh-Djahan; an annuity of £I2OO to his brother, Prince Mohammed Hassen Kadjar, and an additional £l5O a year for 10 years for the education of his two sons; £2OO to each of his eight wives and £l2O a year to three of them, tlie mothers of his children; £4OOO to Iris secretary, Salet Khan Hochmates Saltanch; £IOOO to his chamberlain, Khazen Homay.oun, and the remainder of the property, as to one part upon trust for each of his three daughters and two parts in trust for his son.
