RIOTS IN CYPRUS.

FURTHER DISTURBANCES. Received October 27, 2.3 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 26. It is alleged that the disturbances at Kyrenia, in Cyprus, were allegedly instigated by the Orthodox Bishop of Kyrenia. Reinforcements from Egypt arrived this morning and were hurried to Limassol, where the mob attacked and burnt the police station and destroyed the property of loyalists. The situation is tense in many districts. There has been further rioting at Famagusta. The police fired, killing one and wounding three. There have been numerous arrests, including a Communist leader, who r>s urging the overthrow of the British.
