AMATEUR CYCLING.
Tho following handicaps have been declared by Mr M. E. Wood for the 15th road race for the Red Seal cyclo and liendie trophy:—E. Lawrence (3min), U. Hyde (6i)> D. Hayes, H. Rogers, J. Casey (7), N. Hyde, E. Blakeway (9), E. Walker, L. 'tantrum, R. Lawrence (10), R. Petersen, E. Bloomfield,* R. fjowerby, L. Hay,' A. McGregor (12J). A. Jones, W. Smith (14), J. Proctor (18). The start will take place at tlie corner of Rangitikei and Featherston Streets at 1.30 p.m. to-morrow. Tho course will be over the tamo as last week as far as Kairanga but the return journey will bo via Karero Road instead of LongburnRongotca Road, and then home via No. 1 Line. The distance is approximately 21 miles.
